February is the month of LOVE - a time for Valentine's Day and for celebrating the love of special people in your life. This Power Cirlce event will deal with the love for a very special person in your life - YOURSELF. Self-love is defined as the regard for one's own well-being and happiness. As women, we may feel uncomfortable with this idea and regard it as selfish. But it is important to our own well-being, and so to that of our loved ones, that we make taking care of ourselves a priority. In small, round-table Power Circles, we will discuss this important issue and how we can practice our own kind of self-love.
